Crown Prince Willem Day !

The then future king William IV of the Netherlands.

Crown Prince William (The Hague, 4 September 1840 – Paris, 11 June 1879). His nickname was Wiwill. At his birth, he held the third position in the line of succession to the Dutch throne and the seventeenth position in the line of succession to the British throne. He was the heir apparent to his father King William III of the Netherlands from 17 March 1849 until his death.

  1. I had never heard of him before your post, but after reading about him since, I have to say, what a sad life. Some would say "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade." This fellow decided to instead become the 'Prince of Lemons.'
