I'm glad he is well wrapped up these cold days.
Since these cats don't have hair, their skin is quite warm. I recall reading a magazine article about a woman who had two of these cats as pets and their warmth helped her in dealing with a chronic pain condition. She would place one cat on her neck and the other on her leg. She said they really helped her pain management and were wonderful pets.
Aha, I didn't know that. I haven't got a cat anymore, otherwise I could shave her and test your theory :-)
Rob, I'm sorry your cat passed away. Did she/he make it to their 22nd birthday? I didn't realize cats could live that long. You must have taken very good care of him/her.
No, she didn't make it to her 22nd birthday. I've read about 26 year old cats so I had some hope she would live on for a few more years.
That's an exceptionally wrinkly hairless cat!
I take it your cat has died, Rob, sorry to hear that. Will you be getting another.
Thank you, it was very sad. For now I don't get another cat, maybe in the future.
