ReplyDeleteI checked on line and it was painted by the French artist, Henri Félix Emmanuel Philippoteaux and entitled 'Charge of the French Cuirassiers at Waterloo.'
DeleteWaterloo, a biggest defeat of French army, that later was remembered with the name of a railway station in London.
